Shipping Information

DinoStoreus is pleased to continue to offer a shipping special of only $8 per item on most of our Skull Models and Finished Models, shipped within the USA. Unfortunately this shipping special does not apply to our Skeleton Models due to their large shipping size. Based on the actual shipping rates via third party carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), our shipping rates are discounted by about $10 to $40 per item (depending on the item purchased and your shipping location). For international shipping, please inquire for shipping rates.

DinoStoreus values its customers and appreciates your business. Not only do we want you to be pleased with our products, but with our customer service as well. Upon receipt of your order, we typically process and ship most items within 2 to 3 days, and in some cases even on the same or next day. Skeleton series models will take longer to process due to the complex inspection and packaging required on those items. Shipping confirmation and tracking info will be provided once your order has been shipped.

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, delivery (transit) time is generally 1 to 7 days, depending on your location. For other delivery options, or for faster delivery services like Express Mail (Next Day Air), available at an additional charge, please contact us at the time of ordering. International orders are typically shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International or Priority Express Mail International (EMS), as the USPS offers the most economical international shipping rates. For international orders, please inquire about shipping rates prior to placing your order.

 

Return Policy

Customer may return merchandise, for either an exchange or refund, no later than five (5) days after receiving the product (the delivery date). Unless due to an unlikely error on our part, all returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being shipped back to DinoStoreus. Please contact us immediately to initiate a return. Any items sent back unannounced, including refused shipments, will be at the customer’s expense, and may not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued. Any merchandise received after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Returns must be in perfect, NEW condition, and include the original box and packing material. Any items not in perfect, NEW condition will be refused.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the purchase and return of merchandise. In addition to the restocking fee mentioned above, DinoStoreus will deduct the initial shipping costs from the customer’s refund. Please note that the initial shipping cost deduction will be based upon the actual shipping charges we incurred from the 3rd party shipper (i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS). The actual shipping charge is NOT necessarily the amount the customer paid for shipping at the time of purchase. Because we offer a special shipping promotion (i.e., $8 shipping), the actual shipping cost may be significantly higher. The return shipping charge is solely at the customer’s expense. We strongly suggest fully insuring any returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained during the return shipping.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge within ten (10) days from date of purchase, OR up until the time that the item(s) have shipped, whichever comes first. Cancelled orders will be 100% refunded immediately. If the order is cancelled after the 10-day cancellation period (assuming the item(s) have not yet been shipped), the customer will be subject to a 20% Cancellation Fee. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled, and the Return Policy described above applies.

 

Damages

All items are carefully pre-inspected prior to shipment from our DinoStoreus warehouse, to assure quality and integrity of the products. Any breakage or loss of the products in shipment will require filing an insurance claim directly with the shipping source. While we make every effort to pack each product extremely well, sometimes damages do occur during transit. In the unfortunate event of any damage in transit, please contact DinoStoreus immediately upon receipt of the item for damage claim information and details.
